Rolled grains give you :

• Faster weight gain - up to one pound of extra gain each day (in beef compared to feeding finely ground grain).
• More weight gain per bushel - four bushels of rolled grain provides the same gain as five bushels of finely ground grain.
• Easier digestion - rolled grains are easily penetrated by digestive juices, unlike finely ground grain which forms a ball in the animal's stomach.
• Less waste - finely ground grain often blows away during handling, rolled grain is heavier, so it doesn't.

Available options :

• Powerful magnet trap keep nails and other metal objects from entering rollers.
• Model 180 features an optional 12' mechanical or hydraulic auger system which swivels a full 180 degrees. (Utility augers also available for other applications)
• Adjustable roll scrapers keep rollers clean. Standard on Model 180.
• Chrome plated rollers for longer life.
• Stationary stand for easy set up.
• Transport with 15" wheels available on Model 180 only (requires stand).
• PTO drive available for Model 85 and 100. Standard on Model 180.

Standard features :

Three sizes to choose from :

• Y85 - handles 50 to 100 bushels/hr. Uses PTO or 3 to 5 hp electric motor.
• Y100 - handles 100 to 150 bushels/hr. Uses PTO or 5 to 7.5 hp electric motor.
• Y180 - handles 200 to 300 bushels/hr. Uses 40 to 60 hp PTO. Model 180 has optional 12' hydraulic discharge auger system.
