Every bushel of dockage you ship costs you money. 4% dockage means that for every 500 bushel truckload, you pay to ship 20 bushels of waste. By cleaning your grain you not only eliminate that waste, but can utilize it by using the screenings for feed.

The Model 480 handles up to 2,500 bushels per hour. It runs on a standard 3 HP electric motor. Its high capacity is a result of a two stage screening process and a large 48" diameter drum. An available trash pan for easy screenings collection is an option. Standard features include:

• Hand-operated jack for easy adjustments
• 1 1/2" center shaft and 3/16" channel frame
• Fifteen inch wheels and a full frame transport for easy moving

The Model 360 handles up to 1,000 bushels per hour. It also uses two stage screening. It comes with pulleys and adjustable mounts designed to fit most 1 HP motors. A 6" intake auger for easy loading is optional.
