BUHLER DECLARES 13th ANNUAL INCREASE IN DIVIDENDS

 

WINNIPEG, Manitoba
November 14, 2005


Buhler Industries Inc. has declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share. The dividend is payable January 13th, 2006 to shareholders of record on December 2nd, 2005. This is the 13th consecutive increase in dividends.

The ex-dividend date is November 30, 2005.
