BUHLER DECLARES 12th ANNUAL INCREASE IN DIVIDENDS

 

WINNIPEG, Manitoba
November 4, 2004


Buhler Industries Inc. has declared a cash dividend of $0.14 per share. The dividend is payable January 14th, 2005 to shareholders of record on December 3rd, 2004. This is the 12th consecutive increase in dividends.

The ex-dividend date is December 1, 2004.
