Combine Factory Rostselmash Ltd. Acquires
80% of the Common Shares of BUI

Buhler Industries announces that the offer of Combine Factory Rostselmash Ltd. to acquire 80% of
the common shares of the Corporation have been successful and the shares have been taken up in accordance with the terms of the offer published in the circular.
